Subscription FAQs

Do I have to pay when I enroll?

No. Enrollment does not require payment. After each collection, your laundry is weighed and you receive one invoice based on your subscription rate and applicable minimum.

Can I choose any pickup day?

You can indicate your preferred day. ARA will confirm an available recurring collection day based on your location and our scheduled routes.

Can I change or skip a collection?

Yes. We ask that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Changes are subject to availability and the applicable subscription terms.

Is pickup and return really included?

Yes. Scheduled collection and next-day return are included for confirmed subscriptions within our approved service area.

When will I receive my laundry?

Morning Repeat orders are returned by 6 PM the following day. Evening Repeat orders are returned by 8 PM the following day.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can request cancellation by contacting ARA. There is no early cancellation penalty during the pilot, and applicable consumer cancellation rights are preserved.

Will I be charged the same amount every time?

Not necessarily. Each collection is weighed, and the final charge is calculated using your subscribed per-pound rate, subject to the applicable minimum and any approved additional services.

There’s nothing to pay today. Your laundry will be weighed after collection, and you’ll receive one invoice for each completed service, subject to your plan’s minimum collection charge.

Enrollment is subject to service-area eligibility and route availability.

Prices exclude HST. Your final invoice is calculated after collection using confirmed laundry weight, subject to the applicable minimum charge.

By proceeding, you acknowledge the subscription rate and minimum collection charge displayed above. Your final charge will be based on confirmed laundry weight, subject to the applicable minimum, with any additional garment care charges requiring your approval.
Your Laundry on Repeat service will include:
- Scheduled morning or evening collection on your confirmed recurring service day.
- Professional wash, dry and fold service according to your selected plan.
- Next-day return by 6 PM for Morning Repeat or 8 PM for Evening Repeat.
- Pickup and return included within ARA's approved service area.
- One invoice per collection, issued after your laundry has been weighed.
- A minimum collection charge of $42 for individuals, $60 for couples or $95 for families of four, before HST.

If your laundry's weight-based charge exceeds the minimum, your entire collection is billed at your subscribed per-pound rate.

Additional care services require separate approval.
