Bulky & Heavy Items

To guarantee proper structural care, laundry orders exceeding 50 lbs and bulky/oversized items (such as luxury duvets or heavy outerwear) require a custom quote.

Extended Dry Policy

To prevent heat damage and shrinkage to natural fibers, our low-heat extended tumble drying prioritizes safety, which may leave minor, natural trace moisture in thick hems.
